Marriage Requirements

The Archdiocese of Agana requires couples anticipating marriage to marry in a "sacred place" and to expect a minimum of six (6) months of pre-nuptial preparation. Parishioners of the Cathedral-Basilica requesting the Sacrament of Holy Matrimony must complete the form below and submit to the office before scheduling a pre-nuptial interview with a priest. The priest will inform the couple of the next steps during this interview.
